Parent Consultations
Parent Consultations for pupils in Primary 1 – Primary 6 will take place between Monday 12th February and Wednesday 14th February. All pupils will finish school at 2pm on Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th February. There will be no 223 club for these 3 days but a DVD will run in hall from 2pm – 3pm for children whose parents are attending consultations. Both buses will run at 2pm.

Punctuality
Just a reminder that school starts at 9.10 am every day. If your child needs to be in school before 8.40am, they should pay for and use breakfast club (£1.05 each day).

Safeguarding
Just a reminder to all Parents, Guardians and Children who is on the Safeguarding Team at Dunseverick. Mrs Scott is the Designated Teacher for Child Protection, Mrs McIlmoyle is the Deputy Designated Teacher and Mrs Smyth is a member of the Safeguarding Team. If you ever have any worries, queries or concerns please contact any member of the Safeguarding Team.

World Book Day
On Thursday 1st March we will be celebrating World Book Day. We are asking that children come to school that day dressed up as a favorite character from a book. We look forward to celebrating a themed day in school.

After – Schools Clubs
A letter has been sent home listing all the after school clubs for next term. Please send in any reply slips on or before Wednesday 14th February. Money can be paid online.

Half Term
School will be closed for pupils from Thursday 15th February to Tuesday 20th February (inclusive) for half term holidays.

Valentine’s Disco
Thank you to Friends of Dunseverick for organising our Valentine’s Disco. Children in Reception, P1, P2 and P3 who are attending the Disco should come to school for 6.30pm and be collected at 7.15pm. Children from P4 – P7 should arrive in school at 7.30pm and be collected at 8.30pm.

See Saw Playgroup
Seesaw Playgroup is holding a Table Quiz on Thursday 22nd March at 7.30pm in the Community Centre. Admission is £4 per adult and will include refreshments. Tickets will also be on sale for the Easter Draw.

Ballycastle Music Residential
The annual music residential is being held in Ballycastle this year from Saturday 30th June to Tuesday 3rd July. This residential is available to all P6 & P7 pupils who have played an orchestral instrument for more than one year. For course information and registration email Katie.kidd@eani.org.uk.
