Well it’s so hard to believe that we have finished Term 1 and what a term it has been.
A massive well done to all our pupils during their Christmas performances. A special thanks to the staff in school for all their help in preparation for the shows.

Christmas Shows
We are looking forward to performing our Christmas shows ‘Do they Know it’s Christmas’ (P4,5,6,7)and ‘Angel Express’ (rec, P1,2,3).
Both shows will be performed on both Tuesday 18thand Wednesday 19thDecember.
‘Angel Express’ will start at 9.30am on both days.
‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’ will start at 11am on both days. Tea/Coffee and mince pies will be available on both days between the performances and there will be a collection at both shows for school funds.
Friends of Dunseverick
Thank you to all the parents who helped with the door collection at Tesco, Ballymoney last Saturday. We collected £723, which is absolutely amazing.
Rec/P1/P2 Trip
On Monday 17thDecember our pupils from Reception, P1 and P2 have been invited to watch the Nativity at Seesaw playgroup in Mosside. Children will leave school at 9.30am and will be back in time for lunch. Seesaw playgroup are providing break for our children.
Movie & Munch Night
Thank you to Friends of Dunseverick for organising our movie and munch night. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the hot chocolate, popcorn and top hats.
Food Bank Donations
WOW, WOW, WOW! We are totally amazed at the generosity of everyone in our school. The amount and variety of food and other donations which we were able to give the foodbank was overwhelming. Rev. Stanbridge and the team of volunteers are so grateful for each and every item which they received.
Costumes
All costumes for school plays need to be in school on Monday 17thDecember.
Milk Money
Milk money for Term 2 will be £13.87. This can be paid using school money. If your child would like to start taking milk, please let Dawn know before Friday 14thDecember. Likewise, if your child no longer wants to take milk, please let Dawn know as soon as possible.
Last Day of Term
We will finish at 12 noon for our Christmas Holidays on Friday 21stDecember. This will be a non-uniform day – feel free to wear Christmas jumpers. Breakfast Club and Break Club are both available and both buses will run as normal at 12 noon.

There have been a few changes to the dinner menu to accommodate our Christmas shows. Menu will be as follows
Everyone had a fantastic time at Movie and Munch night in school! The boys and girls enjoyed hot chocolate and popcorn whilst they watched a Christmas film!
