Harvest in School
Our Harvest Service will take place in school on Friday 23rd October 2015 at 10.30am. Parents and friends are welcome to attend.  Rev. Barton will also speak at this service.  School will finish for half term at 12 noon on this date.  The buses will collect pupils at school at 12 noon and pupils should be picked up by car at this time as well.  There will be a retiring collection at the service and all proceeds will go towards school funds.  Can you please contact the school office and let Dawn know if you are hoping to attend the harvest service on Friday so we can have idea of numbers. Thanks.

Harvest lunch will be served to children in school on Thursday 22nd October. Please see menus for details.

Open Afternoon
Our open afternoon for prospective Reception and P1 pupils will take place on Friday 20th November 2015 at 1pm.  If this date does not suit, there will an option for prospective parents to make an appointment to see around the school.  Please let prospective parents know of this date if their child is due to start school.

Sponsored Walk
I am totally overwhelmed at the generosity and support from all our families and friends.  We have managed to raise a staggering £1767 from our sponsored walk and BBQ.  We look forward to purchasing our new Interactive Whiteboard and seeing the children in Reception and Primary 1 make great use of it.  Thank you!

Breakfast Club
We are pleased to inform parents that our early morning breakfast club will continue to run until 18th December 2015.  It is a great facility to be able to offer to parents and we hope that parents will continue to avail of this service. We would encourage all children who come into school before 8.30am to make use of the Breakfast club and take Breakfast.  This way we can ensure that numbers are kept at a level to maintain the ability to offer this club.  Breakfast club will run every morning from 8.00am – 8.30am costing £1.05 per child.

After – Schools Clubs
Choir will continue to run after half term for 2 weeks and will finish on Wednesday 11th November.
Hockey will commence on Monday 2nd November from 3pm – 4pm.  This club will run for 6 weeks and the last day of hockey will be Monday 7th December 2015.  If your child is paying on a weekly basis, please ensure that money is sent to the class teacher on a Monday morning.
